At Label Chandani, we take great care in crafting each outfit to perfection. Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that a perfect fit is essential, and we offer a part exchange with basic alterations under certain conditions.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
Exchanges are only applicable for minor fitting alterations. We do not offer exchanges for design modifications, color changes, or different styles.
Request Timeline:
Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Condition for Exchange:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange Process:

Share images of the product along with your order details.
Once approved, the customer must ship the product back to us at their own expense.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the required alterations.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds or full returns due to the custom nature of our products.
Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
Label Chandani reserves the right to reject exchanges if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
